During the month of November, Carroll Lutheran School collected about 200 items, totaling 178.4 pounds of food that was donated to Carroll County Food Sunday (CCFS). CCFS is a non-profit organization of volunteers and members of the community coming together as neighbors helping neighbors by supporting Carroll County residents in meeting their emergency and supplemental food needs. CLS students and families want to share their blessings with the community and see this as an opportunity to demonstrate Christian compassion and social responsibility.
Carroll Lutheran School is a private Christian school serving students in kindergarten through eighth grade from families across the County and Pennsylvania. Families looking for a quality education in a faith-based environment are encouraged to visit the school located at 1738 Old Taneytown Road in Westminster.
