This summer, we had the unexpected costs of replacing two HVAC units and completing the necessary repairs for the fire safety sprinkler system. Although we do expect maintenance costs to be higher in the summer, these maintenance projects are costing approximately $50,000. While we do have the funds available, it will deplete our cash reserves that are meant as a cushion for other needs. Please consider making a donation to CLS to help with these expenses.
