Who is ready for Fall?

Fall is, hands down, my favorite season. I love breaking out the jeans and sweaters. Turning on the oven and baking or throwing hearty soups together. Even sipping on the pumpkin spice lattes that people either love or love to hate!

It is amazing to take in all of the changing colors of the leaves and breathing in the crisp air. What’s even better is all of the fun family activities our community offers right now. There are Fall festivals and visits to farms for apple picking and pumpkin patches everywhere!

There are endless options to keep the kids busy. Here are just a few:

BAUGHER’S ORCHARD

  • Pick your own apples and pumpkin
  • Make a scarecrow
  • Take a hayride
  • Fill up on treats
  • Listen to music
  • Petting zoo
  • And more!

LOCAL HOMESTEAD PRODUCTS

  • Pumpkin patch
  • Corn maze
  • Playground
  • Haunted Corn Maze
  • Fresh goodies
  • Farm fresh fruits, veggies, dairy, and more!

GAVER FARMS

  • Pick your own apples and pumpkins
  • Jumping pillow
  • Farm animals
  • Corn maze
  • Chicken and duck races
  • Playgrounds
  • Photo centers and more!

There is a cost to most of the places I mentioned for various activities, so please check the website for hours and costs before going. There are also many Halloween activities going on toward the end of the month. Just take a look on Facebook or even Google.

If you are looking for fun crafts and yummy treats to make, I always find an endless amount on Pinterest!

I hope you have a wonderful Fall season and enjoy all the family fun it has to offer!
