Tuition Discounts (One discount per student)

Multiple Student Discount

  • 10% discount on net tuition per student for the second student and any additional students per family.  The first student does not receive a discount.
  • All students from the participating family must remain enrolled for the entire academic year for the Multiple Student Discount to apply.

Association Church Discount

  • 20% discount on the net tuition per student if you are a member of a Lutheran Church in the Westminster Conference of Lutheran Churches.
  • Pastor must verify that you are a member by completing the Pastor Verification Form. Family must agree to help CLS market the school to fellow church families. This includes but is not limited to:  handing out event flyers; advertising Open Houses; helping with CLS Sunday; and/or sharing your CLS experience with friends.

Tuition Assistance

CLS offers assistance to families who demonstrate a financial need. Families can apply for tuition assistance through FACTS.

FACTS Tuition Management

Carroll Lutheran School uses FACTS Tuition Management (https://factsmgt.com/services/tuition-management) to collect each family’s tuition and other fees. FACTS Management is the nation’s leading tuition payment plan provider for private and faith based schools.

Returning Families will complete the Re-enrollment Process

Once you Re-enroll, your Facts account will automatically be set up for the next year using your current payment plan.

New Families will complete the Enrollment Process

One task during the Enrollment Process is to set up your FACTS tuition payment account.  This is required of ALL families.

Payment options are:

  • Annual Payments are due on July 1.
  • Semi Annual Payments are due on July 1 and January 1.
  • Monthly Payments are made from July to June on the 5th, 10th, 15th or 20th of each month.

Once you have set up your account, the Business Manager will then add your tuition and any fees to your FACTS account.  FACTS will send your payment schedule in a confirmation email.  If you wish to change your payment plan, please contact the Business Manager at [email protected].

Withdrawing before the end of the school year

If you withdraw after June 15 of the current year and before the school year ends in June of the next year, you will be responsible for a percentage of the published tuition ($9,250).  Previously awarded discounts and financial aid will not be considered in this calculation.

CLS is thankful to receive funding from the Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) to purchase textbooks and other classroom items.  Because these items are paid for through a MSDE grant, the tuition charged to you is reduced by that amount. In school year 23-24 CLS received $9,880 from MSDE.
