Facility Rental and Usage Opportunities

Carroll Lutheran School has various spaces available for rent by individuals and organizations at our sprawling campus located at 1738 Old Taneytown Road, Westminster, MD 21158.

Our campus offers exceptional facilities for sports practices, group meetings, catered events, dances, outdoor camps, indoor camps, instructional programs (including use of our classrooms) and more.

Rental options are designed to be flexible, so choose the assets that you need and don’t pay for the assets that you don’t!

Areas available include:

  • Full size gymnasium with lined courts and basketball goals and available regulation size volleyball net, including restrooms in the gymnasium
  • Fully equipped cafeteria with fully functional kitchenette (oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer)
  • Classroom spaces for instructional programs (use some or all, the choice is yours)
  • Multi-purpose fields, perfect for soccer, baseball, field hockey, lacrosse and more
  • Outdoor fields for events, with full support for tents and power (depending on the field chosen)
  • Outdoor pavilion, including power
  • Fully equipped outdoor playground
  • Ample parking
  • Outdoor basketball hoops

The facilities are well appointed, and we are always willing to work with you to try to create the mix of options that works best for your event or program.
