• Bring a non-perishable food item to be entered for a chance to win a special prize

Tickets

Admission is by Ticket Only; it is recommended to purchase or reserve your tickets ahead of time and arrive early to check out all the great prizes and raffles and get a good seat (doors open 11:30 am, games start 1:00 pm). Tickets are $25.00 in advance and $30.00 at the door! We appreciate everyone’s help with promoting the event, setup, working the event, and breakdown, as well as sponsorships. Please read all of the following information for families, sponsors, and volunteers. Ensure that we have great sponsorship and a large turnout for this event. Please print and distribute flyers, request donations from businesses and sponsors and sell those tickets!

Aside from the joy of supporting a great school in the community, Sponsors have the opportunity for recognition in the printed program distributed to all attendees. Your support is very much appreciated in any of the following ways:

• Sponsor a Basket or Bag
  Sponsor one (or more) of the baskets/bags, ranging in price from $50-$250.
• Help Fill a Basket or Bag
  Provide items to fill one of the baskets.
• Provide a Door Prize
  Provide a gift certificate or item or two from your shop for door prizes, to be given out throughout the Bingo.

Volunteer

Volunteers are needed to help with bingo.  If you are interested in helping with this event, please contact [email protected].  Remember, middle-school students may receive service hours for assisting with this event.
