Another school year is in full swing!

We are into our third week of the new school year and it has been incredible having the hallways of CLS full of kids again!

The chatter and laughter brings a smile to my face. I have the pleasure of ending my teaching day on Wednesdays with chapel, and there is something so special about hearing the voices of children praising God.

I am so excited for this school year! We have a new curriculum for Health this year that has been designed for our community of students here at CLS that still meets both Maryland and National standards while keeping our school values and God’s design at the forefront. I get to teach the essential skills while keeping it fun and engaging, because let’s be honest…CLS specials should be fun!
